By downloading, installing, or playing Ripple Pool ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

Game Content

In-App Purchases

  • Virtual items have no real-world value

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or other reasons we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately, and you must delete all copies from your devices.
